Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nubevo website, client portal and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your client portal.
• Changes take effect on the next billing cycle and are prorated.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to violate any law. Voice, SMS and hosting use is further governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Third-party services & subprocessors

Our platform is delivered using third-party providers — including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Telnyx, Google and Microsoft — each under its own terms. A current list with links to their policies is at nubevo.com/subprocessors. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies. Billing, cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

Work products we deliver become yours on payment. You retain ownership of your data, domains and accounts. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools and methods.

Warranties & liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as set out in your order. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled before the next renewal.
